What should I expect?
Our annual Chapel Women Christmas event is sure to encourage and settle your heart before the busy holiday season. Join us for a morning of breakfast, fellowship, inspiring music and a special message from our guest, Jenny Simmons. Jenny is a dynamic storyteller and lover of people who uniquely sees God’s hand at work in the world around her. As the lead singer of the former band, Addison Road, she has reached millions of people world-wide for over a decade.
When does the event start?
Doors open at 9:00am for breakfast with the event starting at 10:00am (and ending by 12:00pm). Seating will occur at staggered times according to your section. Please do not get on the seating line prior to your scheduled time to allow for a peaceful and smooth experience for everyone.
What are the seating times?
9:10 – Red (Special Accommodations)
9:20 – Blue
9:25 – Green
9:30 – Purple
9:35 – Orange
9:40 – Pink
9:45 – White
9:50 – Yellow
How do I buy tickets?
We are so excited to announce our new seating and ticketing procedure that will make the experience much more enjoyable for our guests! This year we will have assigned seating for the event and you can even pick your seats with our professional seating chart. Just make sure to purchase all of the tickets you will need for your entire party in one order to make sure you can sit together.
What’s for breakfast?
You can expect a delicious selection of pastries and finger foods, as well as tea, coffee, and water. Feel free to eat before or bring along your own breakfast if you have certain dietery restrictions and/or allergies.
What is Special Accommodations?
This year we are excited to offer a section designated specifically for those in need of special accommodations. If you have a physical disability or challenge such as with your sight, hearing, or ability to walk, this section is for you and your guests! Make sure to choose seating in the designated (red) section when purchasing your tickets!
When you arrive, you can go to the café for breakfast and then head directly over to the Special Accommodations waiting area located just outside the bathrooms on the main floor. There will be seating available while you wait as well as special hosts to assist you until your section is seated in the main auditorium.
Where should I go?
After you park, cross the street to access our main building. There will be Chapel Men in the parking lot to direct and a crossing guard to help you cross the road. When you enter the main doors, you will be met by smiling greeters who will direct you to the café for breakfast.
When your section color is called (via microphone and colored signs) in the café, you will enter through the door at the rear of the café and into the line that will form in the hallway. An usher assistant will then bring your entire section to the designated door to be seated by your ushers.
What if I arrive late?
If you arrive after your section has already been seated, notify one of the greeters at the front door and they will direct you to an usher who can assist.
What if I need to add or change the number of tickets I purchased?
Because of our new assigned seating procedure this year, we will have limited ability to make any seating change or addition requests after you have purchased your tickets. Please make sure you purchase all of the tickets needed for your entire party at time of booking.
Do I need to print my ticket?
It is not necessary to print your ticket, however, it would be helpful for the usher to assist you with locating your seat. If you don't have access to a printer, you can forward your ticket to to request us to print it for you. You can also store it digitally on your phone for easy access. If you lose your ticket and forget your section/row/seat number, please visit the welcome desk located in the lobby for assistance.
